“In Zen,
we don't find the answers,
we lose the questions”
― A Zen Proverb

PSI ZEN
Life’s waves of suffering and joy often drive us to craft a story of “Who am I?” as an anchor. Yet words, like water, slip away the tighter we hold onto them. Release your story of self and trust your natural harmony with the world. Only then can you join the flow of life.
Psi Zen blends modern psychology, Zen insights, and Taoist wisdom to guide you back to your true self. Its philosophy provides a ritual-free, non-dogmatic path to experience reality with a spiritual therapy method.
Zen Therapy helps you uncover your self-concept and let go of your self-attachment. Through guided reflections and perspective shifts, it reconnects you with your own nature of being.
As you shed your protective shells, your inner child awakens – curious and courageous to explore life, join the play, and embrace reality.
If you are ready to flow effortlessly with life again, extend your hand – Psi Zen will walk with you on your journey.
“The meaning of life is just to be alive.
It is so plain and so obvious and so simple.
And yet, everybody rushes around in a great panic
as if it were necessary to achieve something beyond themselves.”
― Alan Watts

“Happiness is strange; it comes when you are not seeking it. When you are not making an effort to be happy,
then unexpectedly, mysteriously, happiness is there,
born of purity, of a loveliness of being.”
― Jiddu Krishnamurti

PsI Zen FAQ
* Do I need to know about Zen?
No, you don’t need to know more than what you already know. In fact, nobody really knows about Zen. It is not something to be known, but to be noticed in your personal experience.
* I have religious concerns – will Psi Zen affect my religious beliefs and practices?
No. Psi Zen does not aim to influence or change your religious beliefs or practices. However, it may have the side effect of making your faith and belief stronger than before.
Zen THERAPY FAQ
* Is it the same with psychotherapy?
No, Psi Zen is not psychotherapy. In Zen, we lose the questions rather than search for answers. Zen Therapy invites you accept things directly as they are.
* How long would it take?
There is no fixed timeline. As Alan Watts once told: “But when this artist, Hasegawa, was asked, how does one see into Zen? He said: It may take you three seconds, it may take you thirty years. I mean that."
