Psi Zen is a form of spiritual therapy which integrates Zen principles with modern psychology, with the goal of calibrating your perspective towards yourself and your life.

This unique Zen Therapy uses psychological science to apply the teachings and methods of Zen Buddhism and Taoism in your daily life.

Psi Zen aims to help you meet your "real self" - the you which is above and beyond the limitations of who you think you are.

 

Throughout the process, you discover the nature of your being, let go of the attachment to your opinions about yourself, and learn how to live in accordance with your natural flow. 

Thus, you eliminate the suffering which you inflict on yourself by trying to dictating how the life should be, and experience the joy of embracing your true self.

What is Psi Zen?

Psi Zen, or Zen Therapy, is a form of spiritual therapy. It improves your quality of life by using the psychological science to apply the ancient teachings of Zen Buddhism and Taoism in your daily life.

 

What is the goal of Zen Therapy?

The goal of Zen Therapy is to improve your quality of life via Perspective Calibration. Your perception and understanding of yourself and your life will shift from "what I think I want" to "what really is".

How does it work?

During the sessions, your perspective on your experiences will be discussed in a direct fashion, which will point right at your mind and make you realize your own nature with a series of "A-ha!" moments.

How would I know if Zen Therapy is suitable for me?

Psi Zen helps you meet your real self. This does require some courage to face things as they are. If you feel ready to discover your nature, Zen Therapy is suitable for you.

Is it the same with psychotherapy?

No, Zen Therapy is not the same with psychotherapy. Psychotherapy waits for you to invent your answers; Zen Therapy helps you drop the questions and accept things as they are.

Do I need to know about Zen?

No, you don't need to know more than you already do.

How long would it take?

Will I become a Zen Buddhist?

No. Although spiritual, Zen Therapy does not aim to convert you to Buddhism. It employs Zen principles to attend human psychology and provides a framework to calibrate your perspective.

I have religious concerns, would Zen Therapy affect my religious practices?

No. The nature of Zen Therapy does not aim to influence your religious beliefs or practices. However, it may have the side effect of making your faith and belief even stronger than before.
